This has to exist! Every single person in my company uses preview for this purpose. I have CutePDF which I believe can do this but bonus points if it works within the app by itself, and can compress it in some way so I can send it over gmail. I want to be able to open them in an app, see all of the pages in a thumbnail view on the side, be able to pick and choose which ones I want to keep, and then I want to rearrange them according to how I need them.
